Volunteer Stewardship Project - Mt. Tabor Park Spotlight

Location: Mt. Tabor Park Visitor Center

Join Portland Parks & Recreation, Weed Warriors, and Leave No Trace staff and partners for a fun and family-friendly volunteer day to care for Mt. Tabor Park. Volunteers will work on projects such as removing invasive species (e.g. blackberries) from Picnic Hill and other needed restoration work.

Space is limited. Advance sign up is required.

 Mahalagang impormasyon: 

- Magdala ng tubig, meryenda, sombrero, sunscreen, at damit para sa lagay ng panahon. 

- Ang sinumang wala pang 18 taong gulang ay dapat na may kasamang magulang o tagapag-alaga.

- Kinakailangan ang mahabang pantalon at sapatos na sarado ang paa.

- Ibinigay ang mga tool at supply, ngunit mangyaring magdala ng mga guwantes sa trabaho kung mayroon ka nito.

- Work may entail bending, kneeling, crouching, light lifting and a short walk from the meeting spot.
