Leave No Trace Trainer Course – Colorado Mountain Club

*This course is open to Colorado Mountain Club members*

This two-day course is designed for individuals who are interested in learning about Leave No Trace and deepening their own wildlands ethics. A Leave No Trace Trainer Course emphasizes skills and techniques essential to practicing and teaching Leave No Trace minimum impact outdoor ethics. We will cover the seven Leave No Trace principles and give participants tools and techniques for disseminating low-impacts skills to recreationists. The Trainer Course does not teach outdoor skills other than those based on the principles of Leave No Trace.
