Julie Klein

Board Chair

Julie is the Principal of Confluence Sustainability, LLC. A life-long lover of the outdoors and travel, Julie’s work focuses on the travel and tourism sector and working with public and private sector organizations to integrate practical, yet innovative sustainability strategy and best practices. Prior to establishing Confluence Sustainability, she was the Director of Environmental Affairs for RockResorts and Vail Resorts Hospitality.

When she’s not working with the ski and hospitality industries or in national parks, she can be found out playing with her dog in the woods or on the water celebrating the amazing resources she hopes to help preserve. Julie also serves on the board of Sustainable Travel International.
