Wisconsin

Hello, my name is Nick Harnish and I will be serving as the Wisconsin State Advocate for Leave No Trace. I’m currently located in Madison, but have a strong connection to the Northwoods of Wisconsin. I’m an avid outdoorsman and dabble in many various activities; paddling (kayak, canoe, SUP), hiking/backpacking/rucking, vertical challenges (climbing, bouldering, rappelling, and mountaineering), frontcountry and backcountry camping, tracking, bow hunting, fly fishing, and primitive skills. Having this diverse love for outdoor activities paired with my education and experience allows me to view outdoor spaces through many lenses.
