Hello, Alaska! This is Andrew in Big Lake and I love the outdoors, hiking, and camping. With a large tourist industry, I hope to bring more education on Leave No Trace to Alaskans and our visitors. As the State Advocate, my goals are to help bring more awareness to the Leave No Trace principles through education opportunities, community-based projects to keep Alaska as beautiful as ever, and more partnerships with other organizations and agencies throughout the state. I hope to initiate and assist other Leave No Trace volunteers and outdoor enthusiasts in new and exciting projects throughout the state.
