Thankful For Our Outdoor Spaces

Guest - December 5, 2016

South Lake Tahoe, CA: As we wrap up the first six months on the road as Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers, we can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. As a mobile education team for the Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics, we're fortunate to see some of the most intensely beautiful landscapes across the country, while also working with Leave No Trace advocates who work tirelessly to protect our public spaces.

Now we head home for the holidays to enjoy home-cooked meals, warm beds, and time spent with the furry friends we've missed on the road. Inevitably the conversation with relatives will turn to our life on the road and the experiences we've shared. We are fortunate indeed to be able to regale our families with memories from our 23,000 mile trek across the West Central United States. We are abundantly grateful for these experiences and are so excited to share them with others.

We're thankful for our outdoor spaces and the beauty in all of their detail. Join us in the video below as we recount our gratitude.
