Ashley McDonnell and Mike Sager

Hi, I’m Ashley, and I live in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks and enjoy hiking, biking, yoga, and spending time outdoors with my two boys and friends. As a Leave No Trace State Advocate, my goal is to educate and raise awareness within the lake area community. With a growing population and tourism centered around our natural spaces, I’m passionate about protecting the environment we all love and enjoy. Please reach out to get involved!
Please contact Ashley at [email protected].

My name is Mike, and I am a lifelong Outdoorsman. I have been involved in Scouting since the age of 5, and served as a leader for Girl Scouts, Scouting America, and Campfire. I served in the Missouri State Legislature and was a Ranking Member on the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Committee. Missouri Votes Conservation named him The Conservation Champion of Missouri, and credited him with saving the Department of Conservation. I enjoy camping, canoeing, and backpacking, and have been teaching the Leave No Trace principles for decades. As a State Advocate, I plan to increase access to classes and recruit more organizations to partner with Leave No Trace. Let’s work together to spread Leave No Trace education!

Please contact Mike at [email protected].
