Meet Isabel Melvin, our Light Up Summer Grand Prize Winner

On July 6, the Light Up Summer membership and donation drive closed. More than 150 supporters who joined, renewed or contributed during the drive were eligible to claim the grand prize package — a Big Agnes 3-Forks un shelter, a YETI Tundra 45 cooler, two REI camp chairs and four YETI insulated drink holders.

Our winner was Isabel Melvin, a Colorado-based ski and snowboard instructor.

“My partner Rich and I like camping in our 1978 VW bus,” says Melvin. “On our last trip we explored Great Sand Dunes National Park. We love our Leave No Trace Deuter Dirt Bags and the Biffy Bags! I like to use the LNT philosophy everywhere I go — cities too. I am proud to be a member of the LNT community. Thanks for the gear upgrade!”
