Looking Back on the Lake Tahoe Hot Spot

Bend, OR: It's been a week since Team West wrapped up the Lake Tahoe Hot Spot, but the energy and momentum from the event is still buzzing! Take a look at some of the highlights from an inspiring week of Leave No Trace, teaching, service, and outreach.

Highlights from the week included:

* 11 new Leave No Trace certified trainers

* 1,167 cigarette butts picked up during a bike path clean up

* 5 black bears spotted

* 1,500 attendees at the Native Species Festival
