Leave No Trace Workshop

Date & Time: Tuesday, June 24th, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm EDT

Location: Kelly’s Run Nature Preserve, 257 Old Holtwood Rd., Holtwood, PA, 17532

Course Details: Learn the basics of Leave No Trace with Lancaster Conservancy, a Leave No Trace Community Partner! Gain an understanding of the science behind Leave No Trace principles from a trained instructor while enjoying time out on the trail! We will participate in several learning activities while hikiknh along the trail and meadow area, before wrapping up our time at the pavillion. All hiking will be on fairly level surfaces and grassy trails, with some elevation gain. This event is for ages 15 and up (participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult). A port-a-john is available on site.

Participants of this workshop will receive a Leave No Trace Certificate of Completion.
