Leave No Trace – Trainer Course

Dates: Every Monday 5-7pm October 17th-December 5th

Leave No Trace trainer course is an environmental ethics course perfect for any outdoor professional. Through this course, you will be taught to teach all 7 LNT principles focused on minimizing human impact in natural spaces. This course will be a frontcountry classroom-based course held in the Outdoor Recreation classroom once a week. This course will specifically focus on LNT Principles and how they relate to the Southwest environment and ecosystems. This course has been provided free to University of Arizona students thanks to the Campus Sustainability Fund. More details will follow via email after registration.

Prerequisites: Participants must attend all Monday sessions or arrange alternative with instructor to receive LNT trainer certification at the end of the course.
