Virtual Workshop – How to Leave No Trace and Recreate Responsibly for a Cleaner California Coast

This virtual workshop brings together Leave No Trace and Cleaner California Coast partners to explore Leave No Trace principles, Cleaner California Coast guidelines, and stewardship ethics for Marin and adjacent counties. Participants will learn how to protect natural, cultural, and recreational resources in their communities through simple actions and best practices that protect the outdoors while minimizing our impacts to the land, soil, vegetation, water, wildlife, and other people. Whether you hike, bike, paddle, picnic, or camp along the coast, join this engaging session focused on skills and education for getting outside and enjoying the coast in an environmentally sustainable way. Sponsored by Zero Waste Marin, an Initiative Partner and leading resource for cross-sector sustainability efforts.
