VOLUNTEER

Volunteers play a critical role in helping to protect the outdoors through the spread of Leave No Trace skills and ethics. These dedicated individuals drive the Leave No Trace movement through trainings, outreach events and service projects. Leave No Trace Volunteer State Advocates are always looking for passionate individuals to help support their state-wide education efforts.

Additionally, if you are looking to get involved with stewardship efforts if your community, check out our volunteer opportunities page that includes a list of current Leave No Trace partners from across the country that are stewardship focused organizations and/or make volunteer opportunities, such as trail stewards, trail projects, trash clean-ups and more, available in their communities.
