The Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers will be joining staff of the BLM Needles Field Office to offer fun and engaging games, activities, and educational workshops for regional Boy Scouts and Girls Scouts.

California State University San Bernardino - San Bernardino, CA

The Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers will be on site at California State University San Bernardino offering two programs:

1. Tabling on campus in front of the student union from 11am - 2pm

2. Leave No Trace Awareness Workshop from 7pm - 9pm for volunteer outdoor trip leaders for CSUSB and others interested in learning the latest techniques and practices to minimize your impacts while enjoying the outdoors. Location: Student Recreation and Wellness Center room 203

Camp Backcountry, Backcountry Wilderness Area - Littleton, CO

The Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers will be leading fun and engaging Leave No Trace games and activities for campers in the Backcountry Base Camp, located at the Backcountry Wilderness Area, 8,200 acres of conservation space in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Nellis AFB - Nevada

The Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers will be conducting an interactive and engaging workshop for Outdoor Recreation Adventure Trip volunteers, the Nellis AFB Boy Scout troop, and Airmen of Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases.

SSPRPA Day Camp Workshop - Tinley Park, IL

The Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers will be among the speakers at a day long workshop and camp staff training for the South Suburban Park and Recreation Professional Association. The SSPRPA is made up of 250+ professionals in the field of parks and recreation, professors, and students in the field as well as  a group of Associate Members from a variety of businesses associated with recreation. One of the main focuses of SSPRPA is bringing Recreation Professionals together through valuable committees to work together, network and offer programs for each other.

University of San Diego Outdoor Adventures - San Diego, CA

The University of San Diego will be hosting the Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers for a dynamic workshop with college student leaders in the Outdoor Adventures program.

 

Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit Staff Training - South Lake Tahoe, CA

The Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers are excited to partner with the USDA Forest Service - Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unity to offer an interactive and hands-on Leave No Trace training for Forest Service staff. 

Agua Fria National Monument/Black Canyon Heritage Park - AZ

In partnership with the Hassayampa Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Agua Fria National Monument, the Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers will be conducting an Awareness Workshop for BLM staff, partners, and the public at Black Canyon Heritage Park. The workshop will address Leave No Trace principles and practices applicable  to public lands in the region.
