Leave No Trace Awareness Course - South Carolina Lowcountry

Who: Families with children of all ages

This Leave No Trace Awareness Course is a short course designed for families who enjoy spending time on their public lands. This course will be focused on children's activities in order to promote their understand of the 7 principles. Participants of all ages and levels of expertise are welcome.

PSC Leave No Trace Event - Banner Marsh

Come out for the Fall 'Leave No Trace' (LNT) Event. To be held at a beautiful location at Banner Marsh, just South of Peoria,IL. This will be a morning of sharing/discussing/learning about ways to protect & preserve the nature we all love. It will be followed up by an afternoon paddle on the marsh, a true gem in the fall, for those who wish to stay.

Marion, NC: Steep rock walls, towering peaks, and cascading waterfalls create the wilderness area of the iconic, Linville Gorge. Any outdoor enthusiast would feel at home in the gorge with miles of trails connecting the river with the peaks above. With an increasing amount of visitors each year, the gorge is under threat of being loved to death. The Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers made their way to the Linville Gorge for a week long Hot Spot to help aid in the protection of this heavily used wilderness area. First Step Childcare Center & Pre-School - Deadwood, SD

The Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers will be facilitating an awareness workshop for the First Step Child Care Center. Games and activities will be used to teach the students about Leave No Trace in a fun, interactive, and meaningful session. 

Black Hills State University - Spearfish, SD

The Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers will be putting on an interactive presentation and discussions for the students at Black Hills State University that will focus on the elements of the Leave No Trace minimum impact program.

Jackson, Wyoming: Wilderness Adventures has trips all over the country and world for pre-teens to college students. With over 80 instructors and 600 participants taking trips down rivers, up mountains, through canyons, and various forests throughout the country, we are proud to have them as an educational partner at Leave No Trace.
