The AIANTA Leave No Trace Visitor Education Campaign is Seeking Tribal Advisors

Under a partnership launched in April, AIANTA and Leave No Trace will be working with Native Nations and communities to develop an education campaign that aims to increase awareness among visitors to Native lands and communities in reducing avoidable impacts to land, water and cultural heritage resources. The first phase of the project launches February, 2022 and asks for Native input on language and messaging. AIANTA and Leave No Trace are soliciting interest from Native advisors who may be interested in joining a steering group that will help inform the direction of the responsible visitation and recreation education campaign.
