Volunteer Stewardship Project - Mt. Tabor Park Spotlight

Location: Mt. Tabor Park Visitor Center

Join Portland Parks & Recreation, Weed Warriors, and Leave No Trace staff and partners for a fun and family-friendly volunteer day to care for Mt. Tabor Park. Volunteers will work on projects such as removing invasive species (e.g. blackberries) from Picnic Hill and other needed restoration work.

Space is limited. Advance sign up is required.

 Informations importantes : 

- Apportez de l'eau, des en-cas, un chapeau, de la crème solaire et habillez-vous en fonction du temps. 

- Les personnes de moins de 18 ans doivent être accompagnées d'un parent ou d'un tuteur.

- Un pantalon long et des chaussures fermées sont nécessaires.

- Outils et fournitures fournis, mais veuillez apporter des gants de travail si vous en avez.

- Work may entail bending, kneeling, crouching, light lifting and a short walk from the meeting spot.
