Base & Meridian Wildlife Area Clean-up

 Registration is closed for this event
Join the Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers, Arizona Game and Fish Department and REI Co-op in this desert oasis. Volunteers will explore and clean this beautiful space while learning LNT principles and techniques. And be sure to swing by the next day for the Tres Rios Nature Festival!

 

  • Arrive on-site at the Base & Meridian Wildlife area on S. Avondale Blvd next to ISM Raceway @ 8:00 AM
  • Volunteers will be introduced to Leave No Trace and the Hot Spot program, get a rundown on the cleanup project, safety, and all of that
  • Clean up until 1:00 PM!
