Holly Moynahan

Holly Moynahan is the Sustainability & Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Director at Hubbell Incorporated (est. 1888), a global manufacturer of utility and electrical solutions. Hubbell’s diverse products support energy infrastructure and enable grid modernization and hardening, electrification, resource efficiency, and the proliferation of renewables. As the first sustainability leader in Hubbell’s 136+ year history, Holly is responsible for driving the company’s sustainability strategy and program.

Prior to Hubbell, Holly was a Senior Consultant in Ernst & Young’s (EY) Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice, where she advised Fortune 500 clients on ESG risk management, strategy development, and credible reporting. In addition, Holly was previously a consultant at Sustainserv Inc./GmbH, a boutique sustainability consultancy based in Boston and Zurich. Holly has a BA in Environmental Science with a concentration in Economics from Colorado College and a MicroMasters credential in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Holly was also recognized as a 2022 GreenBiz 30 Under 30 Honoree.

Outside of work, Holly is a passionate outdoor enthusiast. As someone who was born and raised in Miami, Florida, attended college in the Colorado Rockies, and currently resides in New England, Holly loves the mountains and the sea and recreates in both whenever she can.
